Can you ship to my country?
We can ship single item samples or large orders worldwide. (Except for Mainland China)
For orders requesting drop-shipping where your address is in a different country from the delivery address, we will request further information to verify the order against possible fraud.
Can you deliver to any address?
In most countries the courier will deliver the goods directly to your home address or office. (If you miss a delivery you may need to speak to the courier to arrange redelivery or collection.)
How are goods normally sent?
Goods are sent in boxes by air freight using international couriers, including DHL, SES, FedEx, and UPS. You choose which courier during checkout.
Can you sent bulk packed goods?
Currently this option is not a choice on the website. If you are ordering in large quantities, and you don’t require the product boxes, please email us to see if you can save money on shipping.
What paperwork is included with the shipped goods?
Your invoices, if your billing address is the same as the shipping address. If you are drop-shipping, nothing except the products is included in the packaging.
When are goods sent?
The goods are sent once we receive payment and process the order. For goods out of stock, there may be an extra 2- or 3- day delay to receive them for packing from the Chinese manufacturer.
How long will it take for the goods to arrive?
Delivery times depend on the item, the size of the order, and the destination. The majority of orders arrive with our customers within 10 days of placing an order online.
After the goods have been dispatched, can I trace my goods and check on their status?
When we send out the goods, we receive a tracking number from the courier. We will give you this number in an email, and you can use it to track the delivery using the courier’s tracking services.
How much is Shipping / Postage and Packing at Chinavasion?
Shipping fees are different for different quantities of goods.
During the checkout process you can choose the shipping method and preview delivery prices, which are automatically generated according to the total weight of your selected goods. We do not add any extra fees for our own packing.

How can I save money on shipping costs?
Order larger quantities to lower the base costs!
Please choose the cheapest option on the shipping choices page during checkout. All of the couriers are reliable and fast.
The shipping options you see during the checkout process online are the only options currently available. Since we deliver all products direct from China, freight is by air. We could put it in the normal Chinese postal system, but … then our customers would never receive their goods at all!!
Can I choose sea freight?
For very large wholesale orders, please enquire about container shipping.
Can I pay extra for express delivery?
The courier options offered are already the fastest possible delivery option from China.
How are products packaged?
Products are packaged by our staff in our warehouse in Shenzhen after product quality checking is completed. The packing is in anonymous brown cardboard sealed with packing tape, and goods are packed to protect them from damage during delivery.
If you are drop-shipping we avoid including invoices or other own paperwork in the package, in order to protect your reputation as a seller.
If I order several different items, or large numbers of items, will these be packaged and dispatched together or separately?
If you make a small order of different items, they will be packaged together for convenience.
For large orders, we usually pack the items in multiple medium-sized boxes. This is partly to help your goods go through customs smoothly. We only dispatch goods when everything you’ve ordered is ready to go, so if there are multiple packages they will be sent simultaneously and should arrive together too.
Does the shipping fee include insurance?
Yes, the fee includes the courier’s insurance for the goods during delivery.
Can I make detailed pre-order enquiries about shipping?
Yes. If you can’t get enough information from the checkout preview screens, please send us an email with details of your desired order.
The shipping price displayed during the checkout process shows $0 – what does this mean?
This is an occasional technical error in the shop system, usually caused by very large order quantities. Please enquire before submitting payment.
