Can you deliver direct to our clients, in our name?

Will you include your own materials in the package?

Can I use Chinavasion’s pictures of products or product descriptions on my eBay auction or other drop-shipping marketing material?

Is it possible to arrange special branding of batches of goods?
Most of the manufacturers who supply the products listed on our partnershop or www.chinasales.ecido.com make the products for several different end companies, so are sold “unbranded”. This means it is easy for you to apply your branding to the item or packaging once the goods arrive in with you, and there are no copyright restrictions to stop you doing that.
If you want the products branded with your own logo etc at source in China, please enquire with exact details of what you require, and we will work with the manufacturers to give you a reasonable quotation.
What about shipping with drop-ship orders?
If you want to order in wholesale quantities, but have us deliver smaller numbers to multiple different addresses, you cannot use the website shipping calculation, as that is based on putting all the goods in one courier dispatch. You need to contact us and get a quote for all the separate smaller shipping dispatches.
Are there any special conditions of your drop shipping services?
Our partnershop will check all drop-ship orders for possible fraud. They may email you and request a phone call to confirm your identity. A classic sign of fraud is a person using a stolen credit card or Paypal account buying goods to send to themselves. We hope you understand our checks are for our customers’ protection: we do not wish you to feel negative or “accused” of anything!
If you drop-ship to a customer, and the customer wants to return the goods, you will need to handle this with your customer. Then if you wish to return the goods to us, you will have to deal with us (not your customer dealing with us) because you hold the order account with us or our parternshops.
